SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 5 PM PST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, and overnight delivery. Options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Domestic Delivery Timeframe: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited and overnight options are available for faster delivery.
International Delivery Timeframe: Standard international shipping generally takes 7–14 business days; express options may deliver in 3–7 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer: FORCE FIELD INC. is not responsible for any shipping delays related to any of its product partners or shipping services. This includes delays during holidays and busy shopping cycles.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method. All fees are displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Promotional free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount. Details will be announced on our website when available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES
Eligible Destinations: We ship internationally to select countries. Please check our website for the current list of eligible destinations.
Customs & Duties: Orders placed outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes and duties. FORCE FIELD INC. does not cover and is not responsible for customs fees. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Prohibited Items: Certain items may be restricted or prohibited by destination country regulations. Orders containing such items will be canceled and refunded.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Address Limitations: We do not ship to restricted regions. War zones, politically unstable or embargo countries are identified as restricted regions. Orders to restricted regions may be cancelled at anytime.
Product Restrictions: Some products may be unavailable for shipping to certain locations due to legal or carrier restrictions.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Responsibility: FORCE FIELD INC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Assistance: We will provide reasonable assistance in filing claims with the carrier but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Reporting: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within fourteen days (2 weeks) of delivery.
How to Report: Submit a written request via our website’s contact page, including a clear topic line, your order number, and photos of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon review and approval, we will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Final Sale Policy: All sales are final unless written correspondence and reasoning are received within one week of receiving your items.
Return Request Procedure: Submit a written request via our website’s contact page within seven days of delivery.
Include a clear topic line and your order number. Clearly state the reason for your return request.
Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by FORCE FIELD INC. before being mailed back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Items not meeting these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Exchange Policy: No exchanges are offered. If your return is approved, you may receive a refund or replacement at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
How to Cancel: Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Cancellations must be requested before the order is sent to the post office.
Limitations: If an order has already been sent to the post office, cancellations cannot occur. If an order is placed during a sale, we are unable to cancel orders.
Process: To request a cancellation, contact us via our website’s contact page with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Exceptions: Orders that have shipped or are part of a promotional sale are not eligible for cancellation.

TAXES
California Orders: Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the current applicable sales tax rate.
Other States: Orders shipped to other states may be taxed according to current tax law updates.

Limitation of Liability: FORCE FIELD INC. is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier. Claims for such issues should be directed to the shipping provider.
